The hotels listed below are optional. You’re welcome to book your own accommodation, but please note that alternative hotels will not offer the conference rate.
MAKING A RESERVATION
Bookings should be made via the accommodation booking form by Tuesday 9 March. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified in the terms, conditions and cancellation policies.
