Student Rates
The Student Rate applies to those delegates that are Full-Time students at the time of registering and during the Congress period. To qualify for the Student Rate, you will need to provide your Student Number as part of the online Registration Form.
Member Rates
To qualify for the Member Rate, you will need to provide your membership number as part of the online Registration Form. If you are not a Member but would like to join and take advantage of the discounted rates, you can contact either ADEA or ADS directly via their websites below.

Scientist Registration Criteria
Condition for Scientist registration is as follows:
Registrant must be a non-clinician who holds a PhD (or equivalent) with the predominant research field being diabetes.
Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card or electronic funds transfer. If you require an invoice to pay via bank transfer please email adc@theconferencecompany.com. All payments must be received prior to the Congress and are quoted in Australian dollars.
Cancellation
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to 19th June 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $25.
- Cancellations made between 20th June 2025 and 19th July 2025 will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
- If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
