Member Rates
To qualify for the Member Rate, you will need to provide your membership number as part of the online Registration Form. If you are not a Member but would like to join and take advantage of the discounted rates, you can contact either APS or ISPP directly via their websites below.

To qualify for the Student Rate, you will need to be an APS/IASP member. Sign up using the links below:

Lived Experience
The Lived experience rate applies to those people with lived experience or who are family members/carers. It is not applicable to persons working/studying in the field of pain or organisation/company supported.
Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card or electronic funds transfer. If you require an invoice to pay via bank transfer please email apsispp27@theconferencecompany.com.
All payments must be received prior to the Conference and are quoted in Australian dollars.
Cancellation
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to 29 January 2027 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD25.
- Cancellations made between 30 January 2027 and 30 March 2027 will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD150. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
- If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
